His perspective is shaped by firsthand insight into how the lighting industry operates — and where it can evolve.

As Co-Founder and CEO, Matt oversees client cultivation, fixture procurement, and technical support, aligning creative ambition with operational clarity. He champions transparency, accessibility, and meaningful partnership, believing that better systems and stronger support elevate both designers and clients. Her background in architecture and lighting, combined with extensive project experience in workplace, wellness, retail, hospitality, and residential environments, gives her a clear, human-centered approach. As Co-founder and CDO, she directs The Cosine’s design strategy, values, and creative standards.

Noele excels at moving complex projects from concept through construction, aligning multidisciplinary teams and ensuring design intent is executed with clarity and detail. Her work is collaborative, analytical, and rooted in cultural depth.
